Aiudit Systems provides a B2B AI-powered decision support platform designed for regulatory compliance auditing. The Service is intended for professional use within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and legal sectors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at our sole discretion.
3. USER ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Aiudit Systems immediately at office@aiudit.tech of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Our Property: Aiudit Systems owns all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including source code, algorithms, software, website designs, and trademarks (the "Marks").
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service solely for your internal business operations, subject to these Terms.

"As between you and Aiudit Systems, you own all rights, title, and interest in and to the specific reports, audit results, and compliance gap analyses ("Outputs") generated by the Service based on your data. Aiudit Systems retains all ownership of the underlying AI models, proprietary methodologies, and software used to generate such Outputs."
block 6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree NOT to engage in the following:
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile or extract the source code or underlying algorithms.
- Scraping: Using automated systems (bots, spiders) to extract data without permission.
- Competitive Use: Using Outputs to develop a machine learning model that competes with Aiudit Systems.
- Prompt Manipulation: Attempting to bypass AI safety filters or engage in "prompt injection".
7. FEEDBACK LICENSE
By submitting feedback, you grant Aiudit Systems a perpetual, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into our products without compensation to you.
8. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

"As-Is" Service: Provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis.
Probabilistic Nature: AI Outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or contain "hallucinations."
No Professional Advice: Aiudit Systems does NOT provide legal, medical, or regulatory advice.
Human in the Loop: All Outputs MUST be reviewed and validated by a qualified professional before any regulatory submission or action.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiudit Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Aiudit Systems against any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations: Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court in Brussels, Belgium. Language: English.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union.
14. DATA PROTECTION
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our "Zero Data Egress" guarantee.
